Privacy policy
What happens to your data on this website and in the Farmer Planner app. In short: no cookies, no tracking, and the app keeps your farms on your computer.
Who is responsible
The controller of personal data is Wiktor Parylak, a private person who makes Farmer Planner as a hobby. For anything on this page, write to:

Contact form and e-mail
When you send a message, the form passes on your message and, if you fill them in, your name and e-mail address. They arrive as an e-mail and are used only to read and answer your message.
- Legal basis: the legitimate interest of answering your message (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR). Name and e-mail are optional.
- Messages are kept until the matter is closed and no longer than two years, unless you ask for earlier deletion.
- To stop spam, the server keeps a one-way hash of your IP address for one hour (at most five messages per hour). It is then deleted.
- Messages are never sold or shared. They are stored with the hosting provider below.
Hosting and server logs
The website and mailbox are hosted by SEOHOST (Poland), which processes data on the controller's behalf. Like every web server, it records technical logs of requests (IP address, time, requested page, browser) for security and to keep the service running, and deletes them after the period set by the hosting provider.
Services from other companies
Some content is loaded from other companies' servers, so your browser sends them your IP address and browser details:
- Fonts from Google Fonts (Google Ireland Ltd.).
- The latest app version and installer link from the GitHub API (GitHub, Inc.). The download itself comes from GitHub as well.
These companies may process data in the USA; both take part in the EU-US Data Privacy Framework. Their own privacy policies apply:
Cookies and analytics
This website sets no cookies, stores nothing in your browser and uses no analytics, advertising or tracking tools.
The Farmer Planner app
- The app works on your computer. Farms, plans and notes are saved in the Documents\Farmer Planner folder and are never sent to the author.
- It only reads Farming Simulator 25 savegames and mods; it never changes game files.
- It asks GitHub whether a newer version exists. You can turn this off in Settings.
- Discord status (Rich Presence) is shown only if you agree: it shows the farm name and field count on your Discord profile, through the Discord app on your computer. You can turn it off in Settings.
Your rights
You can ask for access to your data, its correction or deletion, or restricting its use, and you can object to its processing. Write an e-mail and you will get an answer within a month. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with the President of the Personal Data Protection Office (UODO), ul. Stawki 2, 00-193 Warsaw, Poland.
